I’m writing away and working hard on hopefully getting my first novel out this year. Until then I was tagged to contribute in a Character Tour. I thought this was a very cool idea.

Here is a bit about the main female character in my yet untitled novel.

1. What is the name of your character? Abigail Murphy but everyone accept her mother refers to her as Abby.
2. Is he/she fictional or a historic person? She is a fictional pop-star.
3. When and where is the story set? The story is set in 2014 and it takes place on her tour bus for a bit so she’s in Nevada, California, New York City but most of the story takes place in Lake George, New York. 
4. What should we know about her? I think it’s important to know that Abby was a child star, pushed by her mother into the lime light. She’s always been to scared to stand up for herself but a series of events has her rethinking her career, her life and she has to finally decide what is important to her. 
5. What is the personal goal of the character? Hmm, I think the personal goal for Abby is to get her life in order. After a night out turns tragic she’s forced (boy does she fight it) to take a good look at herself and make some life and career changing decisions. 
6. Is there a working title for this novel, and can we read more about it? The title to this book is going to be the death of me. Nothing I’ve thought of makes me say “That’s it!” so for now it is untitled but I do have the book on Goodreads and you can read the blurb and add it to your TBR list if it interests you.
